What is the Difference Between a Biomat, Quantum Energy Pad, and Orgone Biomat?

The Biomat is a medical device for the temporary relief of joint, muscle and arthritis pain.
The Quantum Energy Pad adds an extra cushiony layer for those who find the Biomat uncomfortable to rest on. It also adds extra negative ions and requires no electricity.
The Orgone Biomat is the combination of both products and is designed to be slept on.

Does the Orgone Biomat produce more negative ions and infrared rays than the Biomat?

Both products produce similar amounts of negative ions and infrared rays.

Is the controller for the Biomat and the Orgone Biomat interchangeable?

For safety purposes – no. The Biomat controller is designed specifically for the Biomat. The Orgone Biomat controller is designed specifically for the Orgone Biomat.

Can I put the Orgone Biomat on top of the traditional Biomat? Would I then get the benefits of the traditional Biomat too?

Do not stack the Orgone Biomat on the Biomat. Combining the two does not increase the benefits and can damage either product.

Can I use the Quantum Energy Pad on the Orgone Biomat?

Yes, for added comfort, the Quantum Energy Pad may be used over the Orgone Biomat.

How does the Orgone Biomat compare to other foam mattresses?

The Orgone Biomat is unlike any mattress topper. It is made with Bio Clay memory foam and is thick enough to support your body without feeling like you are sinking into it. The Orgone Biomat emits negative ions and infrared rays for a good night’s rest. On cold winter nights, you can warm your body without having to heat the entire room.

Can the Orgone Biomat be placed on any mattress?

It can be used on most mattresses. Do not use the Orgone Biomat® on water beds or mattresses which have materials sensitive to heat. Contact the manufacturer of your mattress or refer to the user manual for your mattress if you are unsure.

Can I use the Orgone Biomat on an adjustable bed where you can raise and lower the head and foot end?

Yes, the Orgone Biomat can be used on an adjustable bed, as long as the angle does not exceed 135°.

Does the Orgone Biomat have the same warranty, trade in, return and repair policy?

The Orgone Biomat also comes with the same return policy, three-year limited warranty, and 30% trade in option. If you are only requesting repair service on the outer microfiber, there is a different repair charge.

Who should not use the Orgone Biomat?

Do not use the Orgone Biomat if you have any of the following conditions:
• Persons with organ transplant
• Persons with high fever
• Persons with cognitive disability
• Persons with skin problems i.e. insensitivity to temperature change
• Persons with acute disease, acute tumor, external pacemaker, the visually impaired, and any heart problems>
For other conditions, please check with your primary care physician before using the Orgone Biomat.

Since amethyst is fused to the Amethyst Fabric Layer of the Orgone Biomat, will the crystals fall off or break down over time and create a powder or similar reaction? Or are the crystals already in a powder form?

Our Amethyst Fabric is made with a technique called microencapsulation. The amethyst is fused to the fabric and will remain with regular use. This technology allows us to have a lighter and more comfortable mat.

What is the recommended heat setting for sleep?

Heat settings are a personal preference. It is best to sleep on the first or second low setting. Low temperature burns can occur if using the Orgone Biomat for a prolonged period on a high setting. Use with caution when the controller is set to 104°-158° (40°- 70°). Stop using the Orgone Biomat if burns or blisters occur. Please refer to the user manual for complete cautionary measures.

How does the Orgone Biomat controller work?

It was designed to be used while sitting on your bed. If your back is against the headboard and feet facing the footboard, the right side of the controller will operate the right side of the mat and vice versa. See the diagram below.

GROUND SHIPPING

Orders with regular ground shipping go out Tuesday – Friday. Orders arrive in 7 – 14 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

The shipping services we use usually do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays (even for expedited shipping), so the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours of credit card settlement excluding weekends and holidays. We can not guarantee the date and/or time of delivery due to the possibility of unforeseen circumstances. Delivery dates provided are estimates only. Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address. This additional processing time is used to help ensure the security of your credit card information.

All items shipped via UPS require a signature for delivery. If you are not available on the first delivery attempt, a note will be left with instructions on how to receive your order. A total of three attempts are made before it is returned to the warehouse. If the package is in transit to the warehouse and you would still like to receive your order, you will have to pay the shipping fee for those items to reship.

Once an order is charged/paid for, it must be shipped out for delivery within the delivery time-frame. We can not “hold” submitted orders for processing or delivery on a designated date. Order should be submitted with consideration to the processing and delivery times stated.

All items are shipped individually.

Deliveries cannot be made to APO/FPO/PO Box addresses.

Once your item has shipped, you will receive the UPS tracking information via email.

Orders with expedited shipping go out Monday – Friday.
For US customers only, you have the option to expedite your order for an extra fee. These orders are given top priority.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (EXPEDITED AIR)

Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours of credit card settlement excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped after credit card settlement. These orders typically ship out Tuesday through Friday. Estimates for international shipping are provided, but due to fluctuation in international rates, a representative will call you after you place your order to confirm the final shipping rate if it’s different than what is on the website.

EUROPE

Orders are processed in Euros and shipped from Europe. The Health Professional Discount is $90 EUROS.

There are different shipping costs depending on where in Europe you are, and also varying VAT costs according to country in Europe you are in. This site is in US Dollars, but we will convert your order to the rate seen in this chart and email you confirmation before submitting the order.

The shipping quote for European Union Member States does include the Value-added Tax (VAT). Please refer to link above to see what the exact shipping and VAT cost is to your country. Orders placed under a business do not pay VAT (please provide your VAT company registration number in Note to Seller during checkout.)

There are no customs and duty tax due to the EU-South Korea Free Trade Agreement.

Returns

Once payment is received, you may cancel your sales transaction without any penalty within 7 days after receipt of the products for a full refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.

If you decide to return the product, please call us and we will walk you through the return process.

The manufacturer warrants the covered product to be free from defects and malfunctions at the time sold. “Defects” as used in this warranty, is defined as imperfections which impair or impede the function and use of the product.

How Long the Warranty Lasts:

There is a 1 year full warranty, and a 3 year limited warranty (starts on day of delivery.) This warranty extends to the original purchaser only. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer ownership. After 3 years, the units can still be sent in and repaired for a small fee for the life of the product (see chart below for specifics.) Also, units can be sent in at any point for a trade in value of 30% towards a new product!

What This Warranty Covers:

►Biomat / Biobelt / Amethyst Pillow: This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in the electronic components, heating element, top cover replacement, pillow (stone) wrap replacement and carry case.

► Quantum Energy Pad/Orgone Biomat: This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in the microfiber cover, internal cushion, comforter, and pillow case.

If the manufacturer determines that such goods are defective, within the period of this warranty, they will repair or replace the parts free of charge for the first year. Repair or replacement for the second and third year requires a fee (see chart.) Repair or replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the buyer, and shall constitute the fulfillment of all manufacturer obligations in respect to the goods furnished under this agreement.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:
This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, ordinary wear, fading, failure to follow instructions and improper maintenance. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages as a direct result of negligence or misuse. This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged, and/or resealed products, including but not limited to sales of such products on internet auction sites and/or sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are repaired, replaced, altered, or modified, without the prior express and written consent of the manufacturer.
