When you make such a big investment in a medical device, you want to be sure you are going to be able to use it for a long time. It would be awful to spend all the money and have the device broken in a couple years with no way to repair it, and no one to get ahold of to help you.
We are always here to answer your questions and concerns regarding the maintenance and functionality of your purchase.
In general, you don’t have to worry about these units breaking because they don’t have moving parts – if anything, they may need a new controller down the line, or possibly a new top after much wear. But usually these units have no problems long term and last for many, many years.
With each purchase, you receive:
- FREE 1 year full warranty: This means that if something proves defective in the first year, we will replace it or fix it at no cost. Depending on how many months have gone by you may be required to pay shipping, but that’s it.
- FREE 3 year limited warranty: This means that after the first year, if something happens, you can pay a small fee to get it replaced.
- FREE Lifetime Repair Program: This means that for the life of the product, you can send it to get repaired for a fee (see chart on warranty tab of each product page for specifics.) We also sell the independent parts, such as the controller, separately.
You don’t pay anything extra to have warranty coverage. As the years go by, the price of repair changes a little bit, but you always have protection. You can rest knowing that you will always receive excellent long term care for your investment.
