What Happens when we are on an Amethyst Biomat?

While we are lying on a Biomat, we are receiving the benefit of far infrared rays 6 – 8 inches (15 – 20 cm) through the entire body (except the brain, because the Amethyst Tourmaline pillow elevates the head off the Biomat and protects the brain from excess heat).

That is extraordinary.  Most FIR saunas only go 2 inches into the body.

How to Use the Biomat with it’s Different Settings: 

Blue – Gentle sensitive broad – spectrum cooling (95 – 104°F / 35 – 45°C)

Enjoy the natural healing effect of negative ions and amethyst crystals with the minimum FIR thermal effect. This gentle setting is recommended for sleeping extended hours for a highly rejuvenating and balancing sleep.   It is also a good setting for people in hospital beds all day, as there is no limit to how long you can be on the Biomat on this setting. 

• Lowest setting of FIR emission, yet same amount of negative ions and energy of amethyst crystals.
• Multipurpose cellular regeneration.
• Total revitalization of the body and mind.
• Blue setting has a cooling effect it can be used in cases of overheating.
• Excellent for women in menopause. 
• Overall balancing setting for daily use.

Green color setting – Gentle heat (113 – 122°F / 50 – 53°C):

When you are starting off with the Biomat, this is the best settings to begin with.  It’s important not to go directly to the higher settings when you receive your Biomat.  Start gently on the green settings and slowly work yourself up so that you do not detoxify too quickly.  The Green setting is ideal for daily use for the purpose of relaxation and rejuvenation.  You can also sleep on this setting. It is perfect for doing healing treatments such as massage, acupuncture, reiki, chiropractic, spa facials,  or physical therapy/rehabilitation.  It can also be used to warm up muscles before any sport activity.

• Safe for long-term use.  No limit to how long you can be on this setting. 
• Ideal for sleep, healing sessions, sports and yoga warm up, and rehabilitation.
• Good for all athletes to speed up recovery from injuries and sprains and to increase flexibility.

Orange – Deep penetrating gentle heat (131 – 140°F / 55 – 60°C):

This setting should be used for shorter amounts of time due to it’s more intense heating function.  It’s very important to make sure you are staying hydrated on the higher settings to avoid dehydration.  Gradually increase treatments from 15 minutes up to 2 hours.

• Promotes soothing comfort, pain relief, and profound relaxation. 
• Unwinds chronic stress, tension, and anxiety 
• May help with insomnia and physio-emotional trauma.
• Promotes circulation and vitality.
• Can be used during healing treatments or as a FIR stand-alone therapy.

Red – Deep penetrating intensive heat (149 – 158°F / 65  -70°C):

This High setting should be limited to 20 – 90 minutes during each session. Keeping hydrated critical. This setting is mostly for cleansing and becomes a FIR sauna on this setting. In fact, it is more effective than a regular FIR sauna because it delivers the far infrared rays 6-8 inches through the entire body due to projection through amethyst crystals.  To create a more intense sweat, you can try covering yourselves with a sheet, blanket, thermal blanket, or towel made of natural fabric. This high temperature is excellent for a temporary relief of minor muscle and joint pain . It will take about 20 minutes for to reach highest temperatures.

GROUND SHIPPING

Orders with regular ground shipping go out Tuesday – Friday. Orders arrive in 7 – 14 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

The shipping services we use usually do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays (even for expedited shipping), so the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours of credit card settlement excluding weekends and holidays. We can not guarantee the date and/or time of delivery due to the possibility of unforeseen circumstances. Delivery dates provided are estimates only. Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address. This additional processing time is used to help ensure the security of your credit card information.

All items shipped via UPS require a signature for delivery. If you are not available on the first delivery attempt, a note will be left with instructions on how to receive your order. A total of three attempts are made before it is returned to the warehouse. If the package is in transit to the warehouse and you would still like to receive your order, you will have to pay the shipping fee for those items to reship.

Once an order is charged/paid for, it must be shipped out for delivery within the delivery time-frame. We can not “hold” submitted orders for processing or delivery on a designated date. Order should be submitted with consideration to the processing and delivery times stated.

All items are shipped individually.

Deliveries cannot be made to APO/FPO/PO Box addresses.

Orders are processed in Euros and shipped from Europe. The Health Professional Discount is $90 EUROS.

Returns

Once payment is received, you may cancel your sales transaction without any penalty within 7 days after receipt of the products for a full refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.

If you decide to return the product, please call us and we will walk you through the return process.

The manufacturer warrants the covered product to be free from defects and malfunctions at the time sold. “Defects” as used in this warranty, is defined as imperfections which impair or impede the function and use of the product.

How Long the Warranty Lasts:

There is a 1 year full warranty, and a 3 year limited warranty (starts on day of delivery.) This warranty extends to the original purchaser only. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer ownership. After 3 years, the units can still be sent in and repaired for a small fee for the life of the product (see chart below for specifics.) Also, units can be sent in at any point for a trade in value of 30% towards a new product!

What This Warranty Covers:

►Biomat / Biobelt / Amethyst Pillow: This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in the electronic components, heating element, top cover replacement, pillow (stone) wrap replacement and carry case.

► Quantum Energy Pad/Orgone Biomat: This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in the microfiber cover, internal cushion, comforter, and pillow case.

If the manufacturer determines that such goods are defective, within the period of this warranty, they will repair or replace the parts free of charge for the first year. Repair or replacement for the second and third year requires a fee (see chart.) Repair or replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the buyer, and shall constitute the fulfillment of all manufacturer obligations in respect to the goods furnished under this agreement.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:
This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, ordinary wear, fading, failure to follow instructions and improper maintenance. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages as a direct result of negligence or misuse. This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged, and/or resealed products, including but not limited to sales of such products on internet auction sites and/or sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are repaired, replaced, altered, or modified, without the prior express and written consent of the manufacturer.
