What Makes Detoxi Salt Different Than Regular Salt?

Detoxi salt is made by using an ancient process that originated thirteen hundred years ago from a Buddhist temple in Korea. Natural sun-dried sea salt is packed inside hollow sections of 3-year old bamboo with pure yellow ochre and heated 9 times at 2000°F. The extreme heat eliminates toxins and chemicals and changes regular salt to a unique grade of  “ionized” salt that contains numerous essential minerals and micro-nutrients such as magnesium and potassium.  This ionized salt is Detoxi.

Detoxi has high levels of phosphorus, zinc, and ionized hydrogen. A study by the Pusan National University concluded that bamboo salt heated 9 times is different than ordinary salt and has alkaline properties with more Oxygen Hydrogen groups and anti-oxidant activity.⁽¹⁾ Its outstanding features provide nutrients by working with out bodies without side effects and can be used along with other health food products.

pH and Osmosis Balance

Everything needs balance, including our bodies. One way to make sure we stay healthy is to keep our eye on our pH and check that our body is neither too alkaline nor acidic.

Our modern diets are very acidic. The high fructose corn syrup found in drinks and snacks, meats, eggs, and sugar used in cooking are all acid producing foods. When the body is in an acidic state and it does not have enough minerals to compensate, it will protect itself by storing the acid in fat cells. Insulin levels may increase and calcium may be leached from bones to supplement.

Disease loves acidic bodies, and a good defense is proper pH balance. Salt is an alkaline substance and when consumed will aid the body in balancing pH.

Our body requires osmotic balance for life, without it we would die. The body naturally regulates our internal systems so that they are stable and remain relatively constant. This process is called homeostasis. Body acidity can increase when someone consumes or produces more acidic compounds and the body fails to eliminate them. The same goes for alkaline compounds, so the body is always playing a balancing act to keep us healthy.

By consuming Detoxi salt on a regular basis, either before your thermotherapy session or on it’s own, you are one step closer to keeping your body in an alkaline pH and ensuring good health.  Add 1 packet of Detoxi salt into a large glass of water (at least 8 oz) and dissolve completely. Take with plenty of water to reduce the salty taste. Do this before getting on the Biomat. This can be done up to 3 times per day.

What happens when the Biomat is used on the high sauna setting after taking Detoxi salt with water?

The benefits of the Biomat are greatly augmented with the presence of Detoxi in your body, doing it’s work at the cellular level as you receive the thermotherapy session. The far infrared rays of the Biomat permeate deep into the body, which usually increases perspiration. Therefore, it is important to consume Detoxi with water before using the Biomat to prevent dehydration.

Dosage Information

For maximum results, mix 1 packet (or a heaping 1/2 teaspoon of powder) with at least 8 oz. of water and drink before using the Biomat (heat therapy). Maximum daily use is 3 packets (1 before breakfast, 1 before lunch, 1 before dinner).

The suggested general use is 1 packet (or heaping 1/2 teaspoon) in water before going to sleep, and one packet in the morning on an empty stomach.

Try adding to fruits and vegetables to bring out the pure taste.  Can also be used in place of regular salt in cooking.

It can also be used externally. Dissolve 1 packet of Detoxi into a spray bottle with 2 cups (500cc) of water. Spray over the face after washing to improve elasticity. Spray on the head to aid in hair growth.

Orders with regular ground shipping go out Tuesday – Friday. Orders arrive in 7 – 14 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

The shipping services we use usually do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays (even for expedited shipping), so the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours of credit card settlement excluding weekends and holidays. We can not guarantee the date and/or time of delivery due to the possibility of unforeseen circumstances. Delivery dates provided are estimates only. Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address. This additional processing time is used to help ensure the security of your credit card information.

All items shipped via UPS require a signature for delivery. If you are not available on the first delivery attempt, a note will be left with instructions on how to receive your order. A total of three attempts are made before it is returned to the warehouse. If the package is in transit to the warehouse and you would still like to receive your order, you will have to pay the shipping fee for those items to reship.

Once an order is charged/paid for, it must be shipped out for delivery within the delivery time-frame. We can not “hold” submitted orders for processing or delivery on a designated date. Order should be submitted with consideration to the processing and delivery times stated.

All items are shipped individually.

Deliveries cannot be made to APO/FPO/PO Box addresses.

Orders are processed in Euros and shipped from Europe. The Health Professional Discount is $90 EUROS.

Returns

Once payment is received, you may cancel your sales transaction without any penalty within 7 days after receipt of the products for a full refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.
